We stayed recently in Paragayo and it was worth it - no frills- simply a resting place for the family. Just as advertised. It comes very cheap too! You just have to walk a little to get to the beach. The cheap eating places and grocery stores are also within distance to Paragayo.

Staff where friendly and the rooms were big with nice furniture. We liked the gardens and relaxed under the shaded palm trees. Good location many cheap restaurants close by.

Stayed Paragayo Resort 9 Days and was well looked after. The staff where very helpful. They also provide a Laundry service which was very handy for a single male traveling alone. Would recommend to any one on a budget.

Stayed in the biggest room for 3 nights, i believe it is called bungalow. They have a nice garden outside but there's mozzies which is common in the Philippines.
