This is a nice and friendly hotel with an arty touch that I really liked. Staff is on overall very nice and polite and our stay there was great. I must disagree on the bugs infestation I read in other reviews as we didn't have any problem - people need to relax we're in Asia, mosquitoes and ants are everywhere...

Nice, small hotel owned by a German woman, just a short walk off the beach. We enjoyed our stay (in Jan 2011). The breakfast that included in the room price was quite simple, but with some addings from the menu list you can make it delicious. We had a room with its own roof terrace, wonderful! The stuff was very...

It feels like living in the Flintstones house which is kinda funny. I don't know if the place is artsy (the pictures for sale seemed very unprofessional, fast, unimaginative ones) but abit different from the usual hotel anyways. Lots of bugs and the price doesn't really meet the standard (towels have stainds, it's a bit untidy place, small pool, VERY...

This hotel was a total disappointment. The pictures may look good, but it is absolutely far from the actual truth.
From my experiences in the Philippines, Service and Hospitality is what keeps me coming back again and again. This hotel has absolutely ruined that reputation for myself as well as my group. It may not seem fair to say that...

My friend and I, travelled to the Philippines for a 6 day getaway in October. After much debate on where to stay we finally settled on Panglao Island and the ChArts resort and art cafe.
From the moment we arrived until we left we were greeted with wonderful hospitality by all of the staff. The hotel was established as part...

We were a group of 6 traveling for our 3rd time to Philippines. This time, we chose Panglao. However, one of us had to cancel the trip due to a family problem. Charts resort were not only not understanding, but they made US (the rest of the group) pay FULL STAY (3 nights) for the couple that couldn´t come, even...

We stayed at Charts Resort and Art Cafe on Panglao Island, Bohol. The friendly staff and relaxing grounds made for a great weekend escape. We had comfortable rooms, good breakfasts and excellent tour suggestions. We really enjoyed visiting the Tarsier Sanctuary in Corella, a half hour away from Tagbilaran. It gives tourists a chance to observe these remarkable primates in...

Myself, my partner and family stayed here for 10 days in August.
ChARTs is such a lovely hotel and we thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our stay here.
From the very first email I sent to them waving us goodbye we received nothing but the highest standard of service from Sonja and her excellent team.
Location... ChARTs is perfectly located...

The best thing about Charts resort was the trip which was organized by the German owner . We got nice pictures and deeper insights about the Philippines.
Take a good look at many of the Tripadvisor’s reviews for example “ddlp” from London or “def555xweezerx” or from Frankfurt, “swiecz” from Manila or many others saying only positive things about Charts (make...
