Our room was in the Lodge which was separate to the hotel building. The room was clean apart from the coffee cups in the room which had dirty brown ring stains in them. The TV remote did'nt work. The Begelly Arms is situated on what once was the main route West and its size betrays that old importance as a major stopping point on the journey.
