Last Thursday two friends and myself stayed in this hotel. The staff were all very friendly and went out of their way to serve you. The Arkells beer was good and the food was excellent. Spent a week using this as a base for a trip to the cotswolds. The room was really comfortable and the staff were really helpfull, nothing was ever too much trouble. Even the dog got a great welcome.

This place is pretty old and run-down. It looked like a quaint old pub in the photos but was tired, grubby around the edges and disappointing.
