The hotel is gorgeous to look at and our bedroom was wonderful (although for £325 "room only", I would've expected a seperate shower). We would highly recommend Barnsley House to families with young children - the hotel were most welcoming of us all and set up for little ones with cots, high chairs, etc. You were welcome in all the bars, restaurants and the pub over the road at any time of day.
