Lovely B & B situated close enough to Bath for easy access but with the advantage of a stunning village location. The accommodation is very clean and the bed incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Very welcoming especially with the help of the delightful 'Otto' the cat. Would stay again.

Very nice place in a lovely street, ideally located : Bath can be reached on foot following the canal (nice walk). The host is charming, very attentive towards her guests and prepares delicious breakfasts. She gave us a lot of information about Bath, how to reach it easily, where to eat, what to do, etc. Really a place to recommend.

I stayed here during my walk from John O'Groats to Lands End and it was one of the best of the 55 B&Bs that I stayed at during my walk. Jennifer was really warm & welcoming & the room was great, with an excellent power shower. I would love to go back & stay again.

Jennifer could not have been more hospitable, thoughtful and helpful. We chose this B&B since it has a ground floor, ensuite bedroom which turned out to be ideal for our needs. Nothing was too much trouble for Jennifer. Breakfast cooked for each of us individually - including porridge for the baby. Room was everything we expected and the books and DVDs were a nice touch.
