good points first rooms kept very clean.bad points now staff were rude,drinks were served in tiny plastic glasses like u would give a child,as soon as 10.30 came staff would ignore us so we would have to start to pay for drinks that were supposed to be all inclusive. the tv in our room had only one english speaking channel... more

We were informed this was a 4 star hotel, it was a 3 star. But i wouldnt put it in a 3 at all, more like a 2. 1) arrived at 1.30 am and was told by the receptionsit "at last your here" 2) the room was basic! to say the least! See pic! 3) All incluisave finished at 10.30pm... more
