This is Cabinda's best hotel and one of the few that will answer the phone and confirm your reservation by fax.
It's a three star in an old building bang, smack in the middle of town. The staff are friendly and do their best to help although they speak little English. They have a good sized bar (which also does toasted sandwishes and other snacks) with a giant flat screen TV switched to sports channels for the oil workers. There's a large dining room though it has a limited menu. They were kind enough to cook me an omelette though this was not on the menu since I was vegetarian.
The rooms are kept spotlessly clean and smelling of air freshner. This is an Angolan three star so don't be surprised to find the floor old and the linoleum curling up in places.
