This place is shambolic! Negatives: 1. Running garden taps for hours about which nothing was done and we eventually found it and did the necessary. 2. A receptionist -whi despite being asked to "Leave it" insisted on fooling around with the Tv until eventually there was no signal! 24 hours later- still no TV.... 3. Towel rails that collapsed on...
