The staff is friendly, but the room we had was old. Especially the bathroom (for instance mold). The wellness-area: I left as soon as I could. Rooms 400 and 401 are a shame. They are extremely cold as the heater does not work properly. It was simply impossible to sleep. They are extremely small comparend to the other rooms. They are allocated to customers who have a voucher and do not pay enough to get the standard room. The hotel reception does not offer any compensation... More

The Hotel Lochmuele was one of the best hotels we stayed in during an 8 day tour of Germany. It is a lovely hotel in a quiet, peaceful valley, surrounded by vineyards and with rooms looking down over the river. Our room was just an ordinary one, large but not very clean. There were plenty of dead insects (mosquitos and moths) near the window which could have been cleaned up with a vacuum. Good and decent hotel, cosy and great open terrace, rooms a bit dated but large.

Nice country hotel, very quiet, lovely views. Near Nurburgring! Didn't eat dinner or breakfast, but the beer was fine and not expensive.
