I stayed in the hotel because it's the best option as what the location is concerned if you have to be in the industrial zoning of Val-de-Reuil Incarville. I would definitely recommend staying in Rouen rather than Val de Reuil. Service however is good in the hotel. The staff is really helpfull and friendly, but the hotel itself is old... more
