We stayed here in April and had a great time! The staff was friendly and allowed us to use the internet connection upstairs at the desk because the one in the room was not working. Approached via a dark, dingy, graffiti scrawled tunnel (with no alternate route) in a run down area - this hotel exudes faded grandeur ( but appeared clean). The staff were unwelcoming, unhelpful and unsmiling. Happy holidays!! We stayed one night and moved on. more
