First of all, you have to know that a four-star hotel in Italy is not as good a deal as a four-star hotel in some other countries.It should be ranked as a low 3-star. But nevertheless, the hotel was nice, clean, the staff friendly, the waiters very professional, the food was all right.They have a small gym, sauna, jacuzzi, and a mini club for children. We went to Piancavallo skiing. The slopes are nice, especially in low season where there are no crowds and you have a slope all for yourself. It is especially good for first steps and children.It tends to be very crowded during Saturday and Sunday. more
