We needed a place for a 1 night stay to cut the long travel from northern Italy to Austria in half. And this place is just perfect for it and I am looking forward to the next 'excuse' that I have to go there.

Our room was very big (I think we got an upgrade), quiet and beautiful (&had a fancy, Jacuzzi style bath tub). The staff was very friendly and in general the place was very beautifully designed. Compared to the location (middle of nowhere) it felt even a bit over the top.

But the highlight was the food in the adjacent restaurant. I had feared that since there is nothing else around, we just have to eat whatever they have to offer ... but oh boy, I would return just for the food. Top quality, beautiful presentation and a very fair price.

Only down side was that the free internet connection in the room was not working that one night, but I could use the computer in the lobby.
