“The Hotel is closed!!!”

I made my booking on booking.com. I went to the hotel on July 27, 2010 with great expectations. However, the hotel was closed and my booking was cancelled without any notification. I recommend not to trust the online booking for any hotel, even the 5 stars one, and call directly to confirm your booking.

We really enjoyed our stay at this Hotel, it was in it's first season, so we experienced obvious difficulties. We stayed on the top floor with fantastic views of the mountains, I do not think there is a room in this complex without either a sea or mountain view.
