Stayed for three nights in Jan., 2012, and found the staff to be one of the most helpful, upbeat group on our trip. Great experience touring the winery, wonderful spa, facilities were top notch. Very American friendly. Restuarants/food was outstanding, particularly the breakfast buffet. Great location for day trips to Bilbao (the Guggenheim Museum), Pamplona, and San Sebastian.
