Crest is an average hotel. Rooms are very similar to other hotels in Japan that I have stayed at before. The beds are always smaller and very harder than most Americans are used to. We were staying at this hotel due to its proximity to our Sister City of Mizuho, Tokyo which has no travelers' hotels. The Crest is a high rise and, in our case, breakfast was included.
