I stayed there for business for about a week since several years. The beds are fine, no-smoking rooms are available. The rooms are small, but the essential is there, and you can work on the small table if needed. The have free lan (over ethernet, cable is provided free). I often visit a customer site in Kokubunji, so I've stayed here on a number of occasions. It's a reasonably priced hotel, the rooms are clean and tidy, and it's the best Hotel in Kokubunji (it's just about the only Hotel in Kokubunji).
