Upon arrival I was greeted by very professional, friendly and well presented receptionists who could answer all of my many questions instantly. They even went the extra mile to help deal with my lost luggage.

Then went to my room which has recently been refurbished in a modern boutique style complemented by the coloured mood lights (these can also be changed to white as reading lamps).

The conference facilities are second to none and lunch was a buffet but with a selection of about 60 different items including about 6 hot dishes there was great choice and all of high quality.

The coffee lounge with free internet access, free coffee and even free home made cakes was outstanding.

Dinner and breakfast were both excellent and gave my collegues and myself a great chance to catch up on the day with discreet service but very good food.

Had a chance to try the fitness centre which is a little tired but all the equipment is brand new and easy to use. more
