We booked two months in advance, then they cancelled our booking two weeks before staying as they booked a wedding party. You can't guarantee your booking is firm in this hotel, so would advise not to book here in the first place. Seems to defeat the object of a hotel doesn't it?

My partner and I stayed for one night in an upgraded room. Staff very helpful and friendly. Food of a very good quality. Negative points were; toilet in room not clean, mattress on bed of a poor quality, extractor in bathroom not working and received static from lift. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
