Enjoyed delicious cuisine at this country hotel. I have travelled widely throughout the UK and would class the Plough hotel chef as one of the top 5 in my lifetime. Imaginative, great value and worthy of a few stars, it is a pity that management have done little to publicise this recently appointed chef's talent

Room was superb,clean, comfy with TV and kettle. The food and service was excellent, and great value for money. All you could want from a hotel stay. Highly recommended and we will certainly be back to visit the Plough again.
