We have been to this hotel at least 6 times and enjoy every moment, the staff are brilliant,I can`t understand what is wrong with these moaning minnies perhaps they just have to complain about something, but as I have noticed the spelling in their reviews perhaps that says it ALL!!!!We will be returning in Feb again as it is so good. more

Where to start. The hotel is great- next to the beautifull beach (I know the beach boys- well for us they was no trouble, on end of the day they only want to make a living) the swimming pools are clean and very nice. Food was ok- Menu didnt change much but was quite nice. The best part of the... more

Travelling as 2 adults and 2 kids aged 7 and 10.on all inclusive basis. Very relaxed atmosphere and service very good. The swimming pools with connecting channels and weirs and bridges meant we didnt see the boys from 10 til 6pm. A pool table and table footy (both free)kept them busy in between and the all inclusive aspect meant they... more

This hotel is advertised as a 4 star but in reality its a 3 Star. The rooms are clean and basic but are in need of some updating as they are little bit tired in there look. All rooms have AC and mosquito nets and both are a must. The restaurant is buffet service and again the food is what... more

Stayed all inclusive between 25 Aug and 9 Sept '08. Scorching hot even when we had horrendous thunderstorms and downpours which came from nowhere by the way, and were over just as quick. Several power cuts over the 2 week period expecially in the evening when you were back in your room showering and getting ready for dinner. Only went... more

This was our second trip to Kenya in 3 years. We booked with first choice and only saw the rep once in 2 weeks, perhaps thats a sign that we had a good holiday. We stayed all inclusive and had a wonderfull time. Check in was smooth and we received really good service all the way through our stay. The... more

Transfer from airport very smooth, greeted on arrival with cold fruitjuice and cold scented flannel, most welcome in the heat.Room allocation quick and efficient in spite of the amount of people checking in.When we got to the room they had switched on the AC so the room was lovely and cool,as the AC unit was so quiet it remained on for the... more

We stayed at the Travellers Club for 12 weeks. As our stay was all inclusive it wasn't a good start to have to pay £90 for a room safe. (In England I can buy one for £30). Kenya is a wonderful country and this was our eighth visit although our first to this hotel. The staff at the hotel were... more
