An excellent place to stay in a brilliant location with very reasonable rates. Rooms are very spacious with modern ensures, cleanliness was also treated as important and our host couldn't do enough to help, it's a shame more b&b's don't offer this outstanding service

After a lovely welcome, we were taken to our very clean and spacious room. Breakfast, WOW, we had cereal, followed by full English, cooked after we had orderd it, done to perfection, then Milly told us the places of intrest in the area, some which weren't on our itinery, (they weren't in any of the books we'd read). Hazel's Roost in the lovely village of Bainbridge is an ideal B & B; very friendly helpful host, Milly, for whom nothing is too much trouble, clean comfortable room and delicious breakfast. Very reasonable rates too.

Comfortable, warm room. Clean en-suite facilities. Fantastic breakfast with not too stringent times for taking it. Millie was really friendly and helpful too. A great place to use as a base for exploring the local area.

Stayed here on a freezing night but everything at the B&B was warm, cheerful and friendly. It is exactly what a B&B should be, lovely bedroom, comfy bed and excellent breakfast. Good centre for walkers.

Millie made us very welcome and we had the room with the outside stone steps and very comfy beds. On Millie's insistence, breakfast included the best sausages we have had for a long time, made by the village butcher. Mille is lovely, helpful and friendly, her son is so funny and clever, the breakfasts are amazing, the place is full of things to look at, Bainbridge is beautiful and we had a great time!We went to see the Burning of Bartle at West Witton, 8 miles away and would have liked to stay longer. Maybe next time!
