All the good things which others have said about this place we found to be correct. The bedrooms are extremely comfortable and very spacious, the bathrooms large and well stocked, the breakfasts were fine, the owner friendly and keen to please ... the mystery was the £4.50 charge for laundering a towel if you wanted to use the small swimming... I am pleased you enjoyed your stay here at Merzie Meadows, but the unheated pool has been considered incidental to the Bed and Breakfast offered because it is not heated so it is not included in our charges, though we have a note that says "if you would like to use the Swimming Pool please do not hesitate to ask"... We have stayed at Merzie Medows on several occasions now, luxury at it's best. Always clean, superb host, fantastic breckfast. And a ideal location for visiting Kent. More

We live in Kent, but wanted to treat ourselves to a night away, after our friends birthday party which was local to Merzie Meadows. We were given a lovely welcome and guided tour, as we had to arrange a taxi to nearby Linton our host was very helpful and when we struggled with the remote address the host were very... More

Merzie Meadows is literally a hidden gem, set in a beautiful country setting away from the madding crowd. The accommodation is of a very high standard with every modern comfort and amenity, and the host family gave us a great welcome. There are some pleasant inns nearby offering good food, and a superb Michelin starred restaurant that gave us a... More

We had only one night here unfortunately, but really loved the place and the very warm and friendly welcome from Pamela. She was also very helpful about things to do an see and suggestions on where to eat. We would love to come back again and maybe go for a swim! The Terrace suite is very large and luxurious. The... My husband and I recently stayed for a week and it was definitely the most luxurious B&B we have every stayed in. We were superbly looked after by Rodney and Pamela in the most idyllic suite of rooms, bedroom, bathroom and sitting room. The bed was bliss with ample pillows and cushions, we slept so well. The breakfasts were sumptuous... More

Wow- what a B & B! Own wing, luxury fittings (yes, even a Harrod's bed) and top rate attention from Pam & Rod (who cooks the breakfast beautifully). Set in its own grounds with small swimming pool, lake and loungers in the peace of the rural Kent countryside, it's a haven for getting away from it all, yet with many... More

The best B&B I have stayed in and as a regular traveller I have stayed in a lot of places. The surrounding area is quiet and a great place to get away. The gardens are stunning and obviously a lot of pride goes into keeping them imaculate. The accomodation is clean tidy and very comfortable with a whole wing to... More
