This Parador is nice, quiet and in a lovely location overlooking a mountain lake. As every Parador the personnel is employed by the state and they do behave like civil servants, so do not expect too much... The rooms are spacious and clean. To my opinion it is worth paying a little bit more to get one of the rooms... more

The hotel is in a stunning location 20 minutes from the pretty town of Vic, north west of Barcelona. Nicely kept grounds and pool area. As with most Paradors, the rooms are clean and well-furnished. But....make sure you get a room at the front or side. Those at the back are dark and have a view of the rubbish bins. more

This hotel did not meet my expectations...it exceeded them! We spent 2 nights at the Parador de Vic-Sau in Room 101. It was a room with a living room, but was right above the kitchen. It had a beautiful view, but was pretty loud and occasionally smelly.
