If five star is about great service this place is a joke. We turn up and are directed to the wrong room, they forgot the cot for our child and they have been taken over by the health and safety police where you can't take your drink out of the restaurant onto the terrace or any drinks in your room... We went to this hotel last Janurary and it was fabulous - it is a family hotel but there plenty of adult only places to eat and relax and a gorgeous tranquility pool. The food was great and always plenty of everthing.

We stayed here in September for a week. This was our first holiday as a couple abroad and was one to remember we are looking to hopefully return this year again. The Gran Melia (Thompson – Sensatori Tenerife) is a fantastic hotel. We found it the perfect setting for a family holiday which we enjoyed with our 18 month old girl. This was our second visit as this is a really beautiful, restful resort. There are lovely grounds, with lakes and greenery and a variety of pools for children and adults.
