I had 2-night stay at this hotel in March. For me it has perfect location, because I visited OHIM. Room was decent and clean, staff - friendly and helpful. A bit tricky to get to central Alicante rather than by taxi. Breakfast is a bit too modest.

Hotel quite a way out from alicante centre, you could not even walk into the centre along by the sea as hotel was on a main road or carriageway with no pavement.
