Star Beach Resort is not 5 star but you get 5 star service from the staff and management. The only down side is the restaurant which needs new management and also needs waiters to speak english. This is got to be the worst hotel in goa..... Having booked and paid in full to an agent in Bombay the week before i had no choice but to stay there. Only positive thing about Star Beach Resort, Colva is their cheerful room service boys. The pool is ok but cleanliness is not upto the costs they charge.
