It's a typical pub bed and breakfast. The rooms are very clean and all the pub staff are lovely and very helpful. The rooms are old and a bit dated but comfortable and have everything you would need. It's in the middle of town right outside the bus stop. The food in the restaurant is very good - big portions... More

Crotty's was suggested to us by the owner of the B & B we stayed at and we were not dissapointed. We were seated right away in a little side room with lit candles which made it very romantic. I love Irish food so I ordered the bangers and mash which was better here than anywhere else I tried it and... More

We enjoyed 2 meals in Kilrush last week. The hospitality was without fault, and the apple and raspberry crumble was amazing.

Like others we stumble upon Crotty's after taking the ferry, in need to lunch. We researched practically every step of our trip but this was a rare spontaneous move. We knew nothing about it. We loved it. Great pub and great food. I had fish and chips pretty much whenever I could - in Dublin, Cork, Kenmare, Dingle, County Clare... More

This was a surprise stop on our drive through Kilrush after taking the ferry. What a pleasant surprise! Our waitress was hospitable and friendly. The atmosphere was authentic and warm. And the food (and drinks) were just what we were looking for.

We came across the pub whilst driving the car through the square. What a find. Super Imrish pub with great atmosphere and good tasting and value food.

The owners Kevin and Rebecca are hands on and it shows in the attention to detail and customer service. From the sumptuous hardy full breakfasts served and prepared by Martina, Gosha, Elaine and Joanna to the clean rooms and delicious dinner menu. The real star of this inn though is the pub and the bar men Jack and Aidan. They'll... More

Spent 16 nights there on a business trip. The staff could not be more attentive and made us really feel at home. The rooms are good, the wireless internet works, and the food was above par. The best times were had in the evenings in the pub, as it should happen in Ireland. Jack and Aidan, the barmen, excelled at... More
