Just stayed here on business for two nights. This is a fantastic hotel in every respect. The food in the Bistro is very good, in particular the steak with peppercorn sauce. Breakfast was well above average too.
It would be nice to see free Wi-Fi in rooms rather than the £11 charge.

This used to be the hotel to go to for a special meal, it used to have grace, style and you were made to feel special coupled with great food. The welcome is still around as is the lovely shell of the hotel, alas internally it has seen better days and needs revamped the shabby look is no longer acceptable....

Hello Millie, what a strange and random set of misguided and incorrect comments. Everyone is of course entitled to an opinion, however-
Our Orangery is fully open for business 5 nights a week.

Had a fantastic night to celebrate our birthdays. Our room was huge and very comfortable with a beautiful view. We had a lovely meal in the Orangery and the staff were great. All in all a great experience. Will definately go back.
