I am a fussy so-and-so. I travel constantly and am the first to get irritated by "little things". This is one of those hotels where those things don't exist and, if they did, someone would iron them out immediately. The service is immaculate, without being cloying. The rooms are excellent and everything works smoothly. You pay for it though!
