I had stayed here several years ago, and I was happy. I booked again, but was very disappointed this visit. Every room that I was shown upon check-in smelled to high heavens. The cigarette smoke stinks in the rooms! Mercifully, the cigarette smoking was not prevalent in the dining room nor in the public lobby. more

We stayed here for three nights and would come back anytime. Great value (for Tokyo). Location is excellent. Close to Ginza for shopping and just a block to Shinbashi Station, which makes getting to all the major sights a breeze. Lots of small restaurants and bars in the area. Me and my sister stayed at Dai-Ichi Annex for a week in January. Hotel was ok nice for a first time visit in Tokyo. Staff was beyond courteous and everything worked seamlessly.
