Overwhelming service, almost too many staff. Problems with air conditioning - apparently all the rooms on the north side have their air conditioning switch off in the middle of the night, and it has to be reset. This Hotel has a great location, excellent facilities,superb staff excellent choice of food and fantastic views from your room across Akasaka.
