I'm becoming a regular.. attracted by the location.. just steps away from TCAT..Tokyo City Air Terminal.. very convenient connections to Narita Airport. Staff is first class, friendly and helpful. Big discounts are available if you look hard. For example, the hotel passes out 30% discount coupons for exec flors after a few stays. Corporate discounts can be even better. -Executive... More

Staff friendly and helpful, restaurants a little pricey, across the street from the TCAT so easy connection to Narital and Haneda. The rooms very comfortable. On second visit was upgraded to corner suite- all I can say is WOW. More

Stayed here for 2 nights on business in Jan 2012. Handy for airport via TCAT bus (directly under the hotel). Arrived around 11am after an overnight flight and had to wait for 90 mins for my room - was offered a business class upgrade for Y3000 which included breakfast but declined as I usually dont eat it. Worth buying the... More

Stayed here for business/personal trip. Conveniently located next to TCAT (Tokyo City Air Terminal) which is easy access to and from both Narita and Haneda airports via limobus. Good choice of restaurants in the hotel lower level and around the area made it convenient to stay nearby. Staff very friendly and accomodating to your needs. Rooms a bit on the... More

Big conference hotel, in general expensice as whole Tokyo so no complain about that, except breakfast almost 35 euro is overdone. Rooms are a bit small, but ok. The problem in tokyo you hardly will find anything better around 200 euro per night More

We stayed one night on the executive floor and four nights in the standard room. I didn't think the executive room was worth the higher room rate so go standard if budget is a factor. Easy access from Narita or Hadena Airports via the limobus to Tokyo City Air Terminal (TCAT). This is the easiest and least expensive way to... More

Stayed here with my family for 5 nights. Generally a business hotel, but was fine for a few nights while on vacation. We had an executive floor suite - of course the rooms (like the rest of the hotel) had the corporate-like feel, but nothing to complain about - very clean and actually quite spacious. Although hotel is ready for... More

The Royal Park is a very good business class hotel. Located next to the bus station from Narita and within walking distance of many Tokyo sights. Rooms are clean and quite with the now typical Japanese "bionic" toilets complete with fans to remove odors, heaters, and swing away bidet (which I think is disgusting). The restaurant is good. The staff... More

For the Western traveler first time to Japan, the Royal Park is the perfect place to stay. After the ~14 hour flight from the US or Europe and the hour long bus ride from Narita to TCAT, just walking across the street to the Royal Park is a major relief. Once there, the traveler will find the staff, the front... More

Stayed here with work for 6 nights. Room adequate TV selection poor for westerner. Small towels and average bathroom. Breakfast selection very poor, exec lounge very poor food and drink selection. Nealy every hol in Singapore KL or Bangkok I have stayed in would beat it. Food in restaurants 4/5 except tepanyaki 20th floor 6/5 excellent. More
