I chose this hotel on price and ease of access from Narita...direct line on JR Sobu line. I had already seen that the rooms were small on this site, so wasn't surprised when when we arrived. My husband is quite large, but still found the room navigable for a few days, longer may get frustrating. The hotel was very clean,... More

Overall value for money. Service was fast and prompt. Room was clean and all electrical item function well. Location was good to travel around by train. Nothing much around the hotel. If u travel from haneda airport , there's direct train use asakusabashi subway and keiyo train only 600 yen.( combine ticket) prefer to travel by metro and Toei subway... More

Stayed for 3 days, very close to Akihabara, electronic place, asakusa is within a short distance from the hotel, also Tokyo station is only 2 stations away. A little of distance to shibuya and shinjuku though. Room is quite small, but clean. In Japan it is quite common. So I am ok with it. Will come back and stay if... More

Business’ hotel in a commercial area, so nothing terribly interesting nearby, but fairly well located for getting around, 2 stops from Tokyo railway station, and close to several other over/underground stations. Hotel was clean, staff very obliging, room very small, and I mean small, with very little hanging or drawer space. Ideal for a ‘salaryman’ with an overnight bag only.... More

Enjoyed our stay in Villa - the rooms are clean, with free green tea bags every day, toiletries are provided, hairdryer working fine (and quiet), bed is alright, telly is small but okay (all Japanese channels), toilet with washing features, staff friendly and very safe place. Yes, the rooms are small - but for the price, I can't complain. We... More

Stayed here for 7 long nights in Feb '12.... The good - The staff are lovely and incredibly helpful. The bad - 1. The rooms are so small it is unbearable. My girlfriend and I stayed here with 2 average sized suitcases - there was literally no room to put them. It was awful, our room would end up messy... More

Good prices for an incredibly expensive city. Right by the subway, but in a quiet neighborhood. Rooms are tiny, but offer everything you need and there's a capsule section of the hotel for a really unique experience. Staff have limited English, but are incredibly friendly and still do all they can to make it a pleasant stay.

This hotel has regular rooms and capsules. I've heard of capsule so I thought I'd try one. My nephew and and his wife were staying in a regular room, so I thought I'd just stay in a capsule. There were about twelve capsules on the floor where I stayed; series of six with two-high. I don't recommend these. Negatives: the... More
