Lovely hotel. Small room but good for price and so clever in its design. Friendly staff. Good shops around. We will tell all our friends what a lovely hotel this is and we will stay here again.

This hotel is located in center of Giza, which is very close to metro station; however it is quite far from JR station, walked around 8 minutes. It is recommended for people who like shopping. So many shops and restaurants. Hotel is clean, and modern decoration. Bathroom is not small. However, no closet. Free wi-fi can use only at Lobby.

I asked for some restaurant recomendations and his answer was that he does not recommend any restaurants. What poor customer service! I would never expect this in Japan. I will return to my Westin hotel in Ebisu where they know what is the meaning of hospitality.

Hotel Gracery Ginza used to be Washington hotel. They did nice work renovating the place. We travelled in big group so we booked different type of rooms. The single room was really really small. And there's not much difference between standard and executive room. The hotel is cosy and situated just next to the main shopping street of Ginza area.
