We booked three rooms in March for a visit to my son who lives in the Kameido neighborhood. The hotel staff was very helpful, but it was good that my son speaks Japanese, as I needed to change my plans and extend my stay a day. Several of the people at the front desk speak English. Rooms are small but... More

Flexstay Kameido is a great value. The low cost gets you clean, well-equipped rooms with a comfortable bed. The trade offs include no cleaning service during your stay, a very small space and a location that is a little out of the way I don't have a lot of experience travelling in Japan, but I understand small rooms are the... Thank you for staying with us. We are pleased to hear that you had a nice stay in Japan. Our hotel is only 5minutes walk from east exit of Kameido Station, and there is a big shopping mall across the street. It’s very accessible but not close to a main street. It’s quiet at night. We are now under renovation... More

The rooms are very small, with two people it is difficult to move within the room. If you have two suitcases, it is not possible to store them, or even open them. The bathroom is a kind of cabin, 1,5 by 1,5. So if you are over 1.85 or heavy build, you will have a hard time fitting in the... More

Thank you for staying with us. We apologize for inconvenience during your stay. We are working on the maintenance harder. As we have explained on the website, most of our guest rooms are 13㎡, and bath room is small as well. We don’t have cleaning service, but most guests are satisfied with the reasonable price. At second building, front desk... More

I've stayed here multiple times and it has always been positive. I have never been disappointed. There are two buildings across the street from each other and they are both exactly as advertised. No frills, practical and very quiet. Most of the people staying there are on business so you don't get the noise of having kids around.

My journey was really great, not expensive ( with an early schedule ) The bed was a little bit tuff, everything else was great. My only remark is about the garbage can: i did not know where to empty it ( as there is no cleaning service)

Its the Flex Stay now but it is still a great location providing excellent value. This was the 10th or 15th time I've stayed there over the last few years and I am still happy and satisfied. It seems like maybe some of the staff has changed over the last few months but everyone is still friendly.

Very good service, clean, modern and nice rooms, close to the JR station and all that at an absolutely fair rate. This all makes the Kameido Flex Stay a place to remember and to return, if you are in Tokyo for short visit or a business trip and do not need all the fancy an glittery things around one of... More

We stayed here 7 nights during our trip. The staff was courteous and very good at English. The rooms were dorm like, but clean, quiet and comfortable. We found a lovely place right on the boulevard between the hotel and train stop called the Side Room Cafe and Bar. Kyoto, the female owner, speaks English and is WONDERFUL to tourists!... More

This was our first trip to Japan so we weren't sure what to expect. The staff spoke English and was very accomodating. We stayed there two nights, in the second building tower. The room was tiny, as are most rooms in Japan. It felt like a college dorm room - not much charm! The room was clean to the exception of the "kitchenette" sink which was a bit sticky! The location is not central but Tokyo's subway and rail (we had a... More

Thank you very much for staying with us. In the room of second building, you may feel tiny. So we try to offer good price.
