Clean and comfortable with easy access to rail station.Run with a skeleton staff ;the front office managers virtually manage hotel so shortcomings plenty which are attended provided they can understand you.Many cafes around for meals would recommend hotel for the price and easy living if you are not too fussy.in a nutshell better than basic but lacks elegance.

Lovely location opposite the Expo center. Neat transport to the centre with the Yurikamome line. Rooms a bit small, but when in Tokyo, who will stay in the room... Will come back if coming for expo for sure. They need to practice English more, but it was understandable.

A very warm welcome and efficient check in was the only good part of the visit. The hotel was not clean the room smelt and the room was dirty.
