I think the hotel was opened in 2008, so everything was still quite new looking. It is a good business hotel. The reception staff I encountered spoke a bit of English, which was helpful. The rooms are small, but if you'll be out a lot, not really a problem. The room had a nice big flat screen tv, basic amentities like hair dryer, electric kettle and such. The bed was quite comfortable, and you get to choose your own pillow (i.e. szie, firmness) at the reception. The bathroom is small but quite typical for this type of hotels. The only down side is if you want to sleep in a bit, there is room cleaning policy from 10am to 3pm, when you need to leave your room. A couple times I was slightly late, but I just had to apologise to the clean and got an extra 15 mins! There is very basic breakfast (think before 8:30), some bread and salad and free hot drinks, nothing too special, but it's free.
The hotel is about a 10 walk from Shinbashi Station. It's not the most scenic area right...
