The airport limousine dropped us off straight at the hotel checkin went fast and smooth, we got offered a room to the club level and took it. As we flew koreanair and they managed to loose our bags, we asked the concierge for anything he had ( extra razor/deo and other basic needs) and our needs where met. The concierge... more

We found an unbelievably good rate for the hotel (about 30% more than the usual tiny business hotel we use when in Tokyo, whereas the differential is usually more like 200%) so couldn't resist. I've stayed here before several times over the last 20 years, and it's a classic good quality hotel, in a good location (between the entertainment of... more

We stayed at ANA Intercontinental for 3 nights in June. Being that it was our first trip to Tokyo, I had read up on the Tripadvisor reviews before booking the ANA and let me just say that all the positive reviews on this hotel were right on! We arrived at Narita International Airport and took the aiport limo bus at... more

I loved my stay at this hotel. It was the quality you would expect from an intercontinental but this hotel went above and beyond. I had a prescription that I needed filled that was in English (I had forgotten to bring my refill on the trip) and the concierge spent hours calling around to pharmacies to find a pharmacist who... more

We stayed 3 nights at this hotel, then cancelled Ryokan reservations to stay another 2 nights. Reason being, travelling in Japan, can be and usually is tiring, exhausting and it's easy to get run down. Sleeping in comfy beds, with room service at your finger tips can never be undersetimated when one is beyond exhaustion from walking all day and... more

At the moment of writing I'm in my room in this hotel (internet access is complimentary in club rooms). It's a great hotel with modern rooms; I'm in a King Bed Clubroom on the 29th floor and my room is fitted with some handy features as automated curtains, a selection of television (42" flat screen) input ports (HDMI, VGA and... more

At least once a year, business takes me to Tokyo, sometimes also twice. A friend of mine booked me into the ANA Hotel the first time. Since then I keep returning. The location for me is ideal, as two Metro stations are just next to the hotel and for many meetings it takes me just 5 min, by taxi from... more

We've stayed in other Incontinentals (Sydney, etc.) and enjoy the ambiance and friendliness of the club-level service. My wife and I stayed at the Ana in a junior suite on the 34th floor at a very good rate and enjoyed great views of Tokyo. The room provided terrific amenities including a first class bath, multiple TV's, super-comfortable bed, etc. Best... more

Stayed here for 3 nights as part of a recent Japan trip. Hotel is very close to a subway station, however, to get to/from the actual train to the hotel subway exit is a good 500+ meters and about a 5 minute walk. Very nice lobby, and very busy. The hotel was always bustling with activity while we were there.... more

As this was a first visit to Tokyo, many factors contributed to the choice of ANA Intercontinental. First was location: the hotel is centrally located, although it is mainly a business area. They were running some special prices, which was very helpful, and finally, they are a familiar brand. First positive was the fact the Narita Bus stop at the... more
