NO doubt that The Strings by InterContinental is one of the best address in Tokyo. The location is just too great - minutes walk to the Shinagawa station provide direct access both Tokyo airports as well as JR. Buffet breakfast is great though a bit pricy. Stayed here for 2 nights in June for a business trip. It is easy to get here from Narita Airport using the airport limousine bus service (3,000 yen) which stops right in front of the building. The Strings location is perfect. It is a spitting distance from Shinagawa Station. It takes literally less than one minute to walk, and the walk is covered in case it is raining.
