As others note, this hotel is just across from the Shinagawa Station, where you can get an express train to/from Narita airport. Or, you can take a shuttle bus. The best thing I can say about this hotel is that it's very convenient. It's probably no more than a five minute walk (if even that), from the Shinagawa JR Station, which will let you get to any of the major areas in Tokyo as well as the Shikansen. The best thing about the hotel is its convenience. We used the bus (airport limousine) service to get to and from the airport to the hotel which was a highly efficient process.
