Plush, immaculate, large, and well-equipped rooms. Great bathrooms. Nice lobby. Very good (but small) exercise room. Friendly staff. GREAT value for the dollar. We stayed at the Oakwood Residence Roppongi T-Cube over Christmas/New Years, and were not disappointed. If you can say there is a centre of Tokyo, this would be pretty close to it, and Roppongi is at least a great base to get to many parts of Tokyo by train easily.
