Stayed here for five nights last week. The rooms, while smaller than typical rooms in the US, were comfortable, clean, and stylish. Service was very good, check-in efficient, and check-out well done. I was very disappointed in this hotel. The hotel had the worst service I've ever encountered. First, the concierge's hours were very short so good luck getting advice. We spent 6 nights at the Park Hotel and had a wonderful stay. The room was clean and very quiet (we faced away from the train station). The staff were very attentive and spoke perfect English.
