There are free internet access in the room if you could bring your laptop, otherwise you can use it in lobby and you should pay. Stayed here August 2009. A bit on the pricey side all things considered. Hotel is in a good location. From here we actually walked over the Rainbow Bridge. We were a family of 5 and stayed in two rooms - a double and a triple. The hotel has a great location - near subway, interesting temples and the Tokyo Tower. For American standards, I would agree that this hotel is basic and somewhat outdated, with small rooms. However, for Japan standards, this is spacious and inexpensive (especially when traveling on corporate rates). The hotel has outstanding service, people taking umbrellas out of your hand so you don't have to walk to the umbrella rack, a concierge who speaks good English... more

This hotel is in a great location: the Daimon station is in a commercial district that has plenty of restaurants, excellent train access, and a nice energy that is not too overwhelming. We arrived at the hotel in the morning and were greeted by friendly staff who were very helpful and puntual. Our room was in the newer building (annex) and we were on the 11th floor. Our room was really clean with a tv (includes english channels), a mini bar and aircon. The beds were average (a little hard) but acceptable.... more
