Stayed at the Ritz two weeks mid December. Very professionell crew, friendly and making you feel at home. General manager very supportive and present, helping where possible. Views spectacular, location ideal. Looking forward to a next stay. Highly recommended!

This is an outstanding hotel, the service is impeccable, the club level worth the extra price, and rooms immaculate. All around - setting the pace for Ritz Carlton world-wide. I wish the other Ritz locations would take notice. Each experience with the team began and ended with the customer needs - not excuses. Expect to want to return!

It may not be the flashiest hotel in town, but it is extremely comfortable, well appointed (check out the beautifully designed porcelain tea set for guest use), and well run.
