I stayed at Somerset with my wife and two teenage children without any problems....you get what you pay for at Somerset...we had 3 large studio apartments including most amenities and B'fast for same dollar value as one poky room in a 5 star hotel.Staff are very very helpful and speak acceptable English. I can't believe the negative reviews here. I have stayed here many times over the past few years often for long periods and have always had a good time. The staff are very attentive and helpful. You should remember these are serviced apartments, not a hotel so don't expect hotel like arrangements. The apartments are all of a good size... more
