The hotel is about 1/2 mile from the train station so you can walk to the hotel. It is located between all the happenings of Shibuya and the Yoyogi park. Small rooms, close to the center, price a little too high

If you need a base to explore Shibuya, this is a good option. It is about 10 mins walk from the main junction in Shibuya, and near all the cool bits to see. Free Wifi works nicely, rooms are clean and a good size for Tokyo. A good idea to try the Japanese breakfast - fish, tofu, soup, yoghurt etc.
