I love this hotel. It was easy to find and in an excellent area. It's one block from Shibuya Station. The rooms aren't huge, but were very clean. I stayed here for 6 nights during a business trip to Tokyo. Very close to Shibuya station, making it easy to catch the subway/taxis for appointments. You can also take the Narita Express to/from Narita Airport (direct in the mornings and evenings). The hotel room was very small but that's normal in Japan. For Shibuya the location is perfect. Half a block from the JR a block from Shibuya Crossing, near shopping, bars and restaurants. I stayed at Shibuya Tokyo Inn based on the reccommendations of the reviews and I couldn't have chosen a better hotel. The staff at the check in counter were friendly and, even though their english wasn't top notch, they were more than willing to provide advice and assistance whenever we needed. We intentionally choose to stay in Shibuya because of the young & trendy culture here. Also want a hotel that is next to the JR station & the ‘crossing’ - the area's major action spot.
