Liked staying at this BW. We were glad that we took the rooms on the business floors, above the bustle of the street. The room was small (as they are everywhere, except 5-star hotels many times the price of this BW, in Tokyo) but the bathroom was big and clean. We had breakfast included and it was fine for a... Clean convenient central. Good value and stylish with an interesting and delicious breakfast. Good bathrooms and comfortable beds. Unfortunately area just outside hotel has loads of Africans trying to sell strip clubs. Tokyo government should do something about these people.

We usually stay at Sunroute Plaza, but wanted to be at the other side of the tracks this time, just to be in a different environment when you step out the door. This hotel was great! It's in the Kabuki-cho area of Shinjuku, at a 10-15 minute walk from Shinjuku Station, right near all the big shops and the underground... More

Big rooms compering to other places in tokyo. Nice breakfast and English friendly staff. Great room service. Goldan gai is just outside the hotel and worth a visit especially at night. Shinjuku station in just 7 min walk from the hotel.

THis hotel was good. We even got an upgrade to a better room, which was nice. The breakfast was good, the staff friendly and well located to golden gai (bar street). The restaurant on the 2nd floor was also really good. The only downside to this hotel is the distance from shinjuku station, it takes about 10-15 mins walk which... More

Rooms are small but not a big deal. I have a double for my partner and I and its fine. Free wifi is really good although has stopped working a couple of times which is annoying. Everything is clean and the included breakfast option I got is good. In a good location, easy to get to metro trains to explore,... More

The hotel is good situated in the amusement quarter of Akihabara , Shinjuku. It is just a place to overnight and has nothing more to offer. What they call executive lounge is just an open room with some vending machines for free coffee drinks, not what one normally means with an executive lounge.

The FREE SPOT wi-fi service that we were told to use in order to access free wi-fi never worked for us - despite the fact that we tried on numerous instances to sign up for the service and apply the passwords that were supplied by the "service". Front desk personnel were quite disinterested in providing assistance.

My partner and I recently travelled to Asia on a two week holiday. Our first stop from April 17th-April 18th was inTokyo and we decided to stay at this hotel because it would not break the bank. We were hesitant to stay at this hotel at first but the location, amenities, class and service of this hotel although not quite... More

As a first time visitor to Tokyo, I found the Shinjuku location of this hotel to be fantastic. Plenty of shopping, restaurants and bars nearby and open at all hours, and easy to get everywhere else of interest in Tokyo. The Golden Gai bars directly behind the hotel were also a treat and felt like something that not every tourist... More
